Responsibility of Church Leaders to their Flock v. 12
1. They diligently labor among us.
2. They are over us.
3. They admonish us by giving instructions.
- teaching, reproof, correction, training in righteousness

Responsibility of Believers to their Church Leaders v. 13
1. We are to esteem and respect them.
~ esteem them by supporting them
2. We are to love them.
3. We are to live in peace and harmony with them.
- listen to them and apply their teachings
- do not give them heartaches

Responsibility of Believers to Others v.14, 15
1. admonish the unruly
- lazy and undisciplined
- confrontation
2. encourage the fainthearted
- point them to Jesus
- through experience and the Word (best way)
v. Ps. 66:10-12
3. help the weak
- weak in faith and conduct
- widows and orphans v. James 1:27
4. be patient with all
5. do good not evil v. 15
v. Titus 2:7
